The Open Road

The path to mental wellness is different for every individual and family.

For most people, it is winding, full of obstacles, and difficult to tread. Even the destination of “wellness” can be hard to define and achieve. In the 20 years that Families for Depression Awareness has existed, we have maintained the philosophy that family members travel that path with their loved ones. Their knowledge, compassion, and support can be the difference between a loved one who gets better and one who doesn’t.

Join us and learn as we share tools about the family’s role along the #Path2Wellness.
