Ways to Give

Help us save lives.

Family support can make the difference between a person who gets well and one who dies by suicide. By giving as little as $50, you can provide suicide prevention training to ten families.

Make a multi-year or legacy donation. Planned and multi-year gifts are greatly appreciated and help us to plan our budget each year. Email Valerie Cordero to discuss options.

Make a memorial donation. Your loved one’s name can be added to our Memorial page and we can notify others of your gift.

Ask your company to make a matching gift.

Donate through your donor-advised fund. Our EIN is 04-3546730 and we are a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization.

Your Donations Support:

Just as important is taking care of yourself. We encourage caregivers to practice prioritizing their own needs, so they retain their physical, emotional, and mental abilities. Doing so reduces the chance they will develop mental health issues themselves.

Our programs for families. We provide webinars, workshops, educational materials, and online tools to support individuals and families coping with mood disorders.

Our staff. FFDA’s dedicated employees develop program content, deliver trainings, answer calls and emails from family caregivers, and connect with those in need of guidance.

Our operating costs. From our phones and computers to the roof over our desks, your donations support the cost of running our offices.
