For teens and young adults in your community
These folded cards, sized to fit in wallets and on the back of phones, describe depression symptoms, how to get help, and how to practice self-care—all in language that is accessible to teens. Created with input from our teen volunteers, the cards also feature referral information for several national suicide prevention organizations. Upon payment you will be redirected to customize your order by selecting the background design and by including contact information for two local mental health resources in your community.
