Medical and Psychological Help
To get a complete medical evaluation, contact your doctor or health care plan for a referral. If you don't have access to a clinician, you can get a free evaluation.
Health care providers registered with Screening for Mental Health have agreed to provide their evaluation services free of charge, year-round. These providers have participated in National Depression Screening Day, held every year in November.
