Analysis of Depression Across the States
Mental Health America recently released a list of depression and suicide rates among all states from 2002-2006. Also among some of the statistics that are included are suicide rates among young adults ages 12-17.
Mental Health America also acknowledges the factors that affect depression which include:

- Barriers to treatment
- Mental health treatment utilization
- Socioeconomic characteristic
