The Human Capital Report from the World Economic Forum places the United States at 16th among 122 countries in education, health, employment, and work environment as indicators of fostering the work force. Although the U.S. had respectable numbers in attracting and retaining outstanding workers, education, and working environment, the poor showing in health and wellness caused the overall rating to drop.
