We are working on a new project exploring some of the ways that depression affects thinking. It’s common for someone who is struggling with depression to be having difficulties with attention, memory, organization, and reasoning. One piece of this new project is the creation of new videos of real families who have struggled with cognitive difficulties in the midst of depression. We asked for volunteers who were willing to share their story on camera with our production team in Washington, DC this month, and we wrapped up filming yesterday! Here’s a sneak peek of Monica with her mom and Don with his brother sharing their stories.
If you are interested in getting involved with FFDA by telling your story, please fill out a volunteer form.
